Build a relationship map without jumping to conclusions.
Start with stable identifiers
Record each listing URL, public business name, phone, website/domain, displayed or service location and date observed.
Compare shared signals
Look for repeated phone numbers, redirecting websites, identical domains, addresses, contact forms, business descriptions and other independently checkable overlap.
Separate connection from conclusion
Write “these listings share the same phone number” rather than “these companies are the same owner” unless ownership itself is supported by reliable evidence.
Preserve changes
Dated screenshots and a case timeline can show when names, websites, phone numbers or locations change.
