Preserve the business name, Maps URL, displayed address or service-area status, category, phone and website before drawing conclusions.
2. Check the location carefully
Use reliable public sources to understand what the address represents. A residence, office, shared building or commercial suite is not automatically improper.
3. Separate access from eligibility
Record what can actually be established about signage, staffing, customer access or authority to represent the location. Do not infer facts you cannot verify.
4. Build reproducible evidence
Save dated screenshots, source URLs and a short explanation of what another reviewer can independently confirm.
5. Compare facts with current policy
Only after evidence is collected should the case be compared with Google Business Profile eligibility and representation rules.
