Accessibility is ongoing work.
VerifySweep aims to make its homeowner education, verification tools, directories, and professional resources usable by people with disabilities. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable, but we do not claim that every page or third-party resource is fully conformant.
What we are working toward
Our goals include keyboard access, visible focus indicators, readable text and contrast, meaningful headings and landmarks, labeled forms, understandable error messages, responsive reflow, and text alternatives for informative images.
Known limitations
VerifySweep is an actively developing service. Some older pages, third-party documents, external certification directories, linked manufacturer manuals, and embedded or browser-provided PDF viewers may not provide the same level of accessibility as newer VerifySweep interfaces. Third-party websites are controlled by their respective owners.
Alternative access
If a VerifySweep feature, document, or result is difficult to use, contact us and describe the page, tool, or information you need. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information in an accessible alternative format or help you complete the intended task.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email info@verifysweep.com. Please include the page URL, a short description of the problem, the browser or assistive technology involved when known, and the best way to respond. Do not include passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Assessment and updates
Accessibility is reviewed as features are added and repaired. Automated checks can identify some issues, but they do not replace keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and human usability testing. This statement was last updated September 2, 2026.
