The key eligibility rule
Google says businesses generally must make in-person contact with customers during stated hours to qualify for a Business Profile, and its current eligibility guidance lists lead-generation agents or companies as ineligible examples.
Do not jump from a clue to a conclusion.
A call center, subcontractor, marketing relationship, shared technology, or unusual website does not by itself prove that an operation is an ineligible lead-generation company. The business model and supporting facts still need to be documented.
What VerifySweep should preserve
Exact listing information, phone routing observations, website disclosures, business records, locations, related profiles, dates, screenshots, and other independently checkable evidence can help a human reviewer understand the concern.
